WHAT IS BEGINNERS PILATES?
Our Pilates classes for beginners are available as an individual sessions or group Matwork session. All are designed to teach you the basic movements and principles of Pilates.
The objective is to learn the movements and breath work and to understand the mind-body connection of Pilates to be able to progress into a stronger class later on.
Pilates for beginners is suitable for everyone and should offer modifications to exercises to account for any difficulties you have.
If you are a beginner, have injuries, are recovering from an illness we suggest trying a beginner class first.
During the session we can assess posture, teach the foundations of Pilates as well as Breathing techniques which you will need to progress with your Pilates.

The Pilates Essentials classes are your everyday go-to pilates flow. Perfect for all beginners, this class is designed to lengthen, align and sculpt. We take time in these classes to focus on technique and breathing. You’ll leave feeling connected within your body and relaxed within your mind.
STRETCH

The Pilates Stretch classes are a gift from you to your body. A moment to let go, breathe and centre. This series of stretches will improve your posture, flexibility and blood flow but also relieve muscle pain, tension and mental stress. Flow through our full body stretch before or after a workout, in the morning or at night to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned.

The Pilates Goals classes focus on those areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it… arms, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, sculpt and strengthen the tummy and tone the arms.

Our prenatal classes nurture our moms to be during this very special time. Our postnatal classes and program is designed specifically for new moms. These classes will help to relieve back pain, maintain your fitness levels, improve overall strength and will help prepare your body for labor and recovery post birth.
