BOOTY BARRE®

STUDIO CLASSES

Barre is a combination of Pilates +Barre + yoga with cardio intervals to increase metabolism. This is a fun, effective way to tone and get fit.  It is a full body toning workout that focuses largely on the glutes (booty). The routine starts with a warm up, followed by a arm workout, ballet at the barre, obliques, bum, cardio and ends with floor work which is usually our Pilates and back work.

Expect to burn between 400 – 700 calories in a session!

The Barre Goals classes focus on areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it… arms, thighs, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places and more! We’re working on that natural booty lift look, we aim sculpt and strengthen the tummy and tone the arms and thighs.

The Barre Calm classes are about the feeling of wellbeing and giving yourself some time to connect to your mind, body and breath. These classes bring you into the present moment and allow you to disconnect from the world and any stress or anxiety you might have. Take a moment to be calm and present on your mat, and in your movement.
